Amazing Program
This is an incredible program. I wasn’t going to get it because of the cost, but it was worth it. My child wrote a novel and is now working on another. The video quality of the program is great, the incentive to enter a contest is neat, and there are extras like video webinars you can join as well as the student forum (not to be missed- you need a curriculum license number to join and it is moderated. Child can join it anonymously with their license number- it is a great place to grow as a writer! The support from other teen writers is incredible. There is even a conference the student can go to if you’re able to get to the USA and pay for it (we haven’t gone). I was very impressed with the video quality of this program. I highly recommend it to kids who are interested in writing. I would say, however, that its probably not going to be that interesting for a child that isn’t interested in writing already. My child’s writing greatly improved by doing the course (and by having feedback and encouragement on the student forum). I would say this is a not to be missed program for any teen in Grade 9 and up (Gr 10 and up would be even better). I am very thankful that we did this program it blossomed my child’s interest into writing to desiring to be a published author someday!
