Easy Grammar was written by Dr. Wanda Phillips for Grades 1 - 12. Her goal was to produce an English course that would be fun and engaging while providing mastery of grammar concepts to students.
There are three sets of books: Easy Grammar, Daily Grams, and Easy Grammar Ultimate.
The main Easy Grammar series covers grades 1 - 8+. It is intended to be a teaching text - introducing different grammar concepts through a series of units and quizzes. It is easy to follow and use. The student worksheets are reproducible within the teacher’s guide (which also has the answer key) - but you can buy it separately as well. This is handy if you have multiple children and don’t want to constantly be copying pages.
Daily Grams don’t teach grammar. Instead they are daily review of what students already know by completing a single page-a-day for 180 days. Again, parents can simply use the teacher book and photocopy the worksheets as it has the answer key in the back, or you can buy the student books separately to avoid photocopying.
Daily Grams are for grades 3-7. The Ultimate series program is exactly the same, but is intended for grades 8 though high school.
